Dataquest Incorporated<br />

Mr. Haney is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dataquest Incorporated. He joined the<br />

company in 1989 and previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Sales and<br />

Marketing. Prior to joining Dataquest, Mr. Haney was President and CEO of Sterling Networks,<br />

a San Jose, California-based company that develops, manufactures, and markets a high-speed<br />

imaging network, workstation, and file server. He led the company through a start-up period of<br />

development, Asian manufacture of its product, and first customer delivery. Before Sterling<br />

Networks, Mr. Haney was President and CEO of Micropro International Corp. (now known as<br />

WordStar International Inc.), a manufacturer of word processing software. As head of Micropro,<br />

he managed the company's transition from a founder-directed private company to a public<br />

company. He began his career with Sperry Univac Corporation and served that company from<br />

1956 to 1983. He led sales, marketing, development, and strategic planning organizations during<br />

a period of growth from $60 million to $2.5 biUion. Mr. Haney earned a B.S. degree from Notre<br />

Dame University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard University.<br />
