Calibrating the CO2 Sensor<br />
This option allows users to calibrate the sensor’s span.<br />
Note: When calibrating a duct mounted unit, the unit must be removed<br />
from its base to ensure proper calibration.<br />
• Before starting the calibration (using the programming menus),<br />
connect the regulator to the gas cylinder.<br />
• Adjust the flow rate to 0.1 L/min.(for the 2000 ppm range)<br />
• Connect the tubing from the regulator to the sensor, as shown in the<br />
image at left.<br />
Start exposing the sensor to the calibration gas at least<br />
10 minutes before starting and throughout the calibration<br />
process.<br />
• Let the gas flow for at least 10 minutes before starting the calibration.<br />
• Scroll to the “CO 2 Set Span” main menu option and press Enter to<br />
select.<br />
