The main congregation of the Church of God in Taipei needs to move from its present small
location in the crowded center of the city to a more spacious location that will permit the expansion
of the ministries that the congregation is able at this time to provide. This is a dream
of Rev. Alan Lwo, who heads up this project. (Annual Goal $20,000)
Taiwan Evangelism/Discipleship (Central Asia) . .......................42.40461
One of the great ministries that is happening in the world today is in the evangelistic and discipleship
efforts of the Church of God in Taiwan into Central Asia. Individuals of the church
have gone outside the borders of Taiwan. In innovative and sometimes dangerous situations,
the leaders disciple new Christians, who then in turn lead others to Christ and disciple them.
Along with discipleship, there are elementary schools, church facilities, training centers, and a
drug recovery center. (Annual Goal $6,600)

Silawech Kanjanamukda leads the twenty-two congregations of the Church of God in Thailand.
The sixteen pastors and evangelists receive an average salary of $385 a month; thirteen
of them receive assistance through this program. A training program is in place to prepare
children and teenagers for future ministry. (Annual Goal $40,000)

Preparing pastors for rural churches is an essential task in Thailand. This ministry takes place
in less formal, more practical, hands-on ways under the guidance of Brother Kanjanamukda.

Vietnam
Vietnam Leadership Development ...................................42.40555
In spite of government opposition, the church in Vietnam is growing steadily. Regular training
is provided for pastors, evangelists, and lay leaders. (Annual Goal $3,500)
