Caribbean–Atlantic Missionaries
John & Jodie Ackerman, Haiti, 42.10001
John has served as a primary nurse in medical clinics in several of the Churches
of God in Haiti. At present he works principally with the Prospere Church of
God, maintaining a medical clinic and coordinating community development
work there. Jodie has served in various ministry roles throughout their years in
Haiti, but since 1998 she has taught kindergarten at Quisqueya Christian School
in Port-au-Prince.

The project provides tuition scholarships for needy theological students to study at West Indies

The Caribbean–Atlantic Assembly helps to coordinate the ministry of the thirteen island nations.
These funds help to support the office as well as regional programs of evangelism, discipleship,
leadership training, church planting, and compassionate ministries. (Annual Goal

When Global Missions is aware of opportunities and needs in the Caribbean–Atlantic region,
this project allows them to respond immediately. This project provides assistance to some of
the most exciting ministry opportunities. (Annual Goal $5,000)
Caribbean Atlantic—West Indies Theological College

WITC is the only Church of God theological institution in the Caribbean. The school provides
advanced training for pastors and leaders in the Caribbean–Atlantic region. It has also
started providing extension classes for individuals unable to attend the WITC campus. Clinton
Providence is the president. (Annual Goal $26,000)
