Teaming up with Liquid Chef Paris - a company whose<br />

mission is to create fashionable cocktails -, Perrier<br />

has helped to develop a complete training kit to inspire<br />

cocktail makers and establish Perrier as the “must<br />

have” ingredient in the world’s top cocktail bars.<br />

Among the tools developed is the Mixology by Perrier<br />

guide, which offers a range of recipes from classic<br />

to contemporary creations. Master classes are also<br />

available to hone the talents of top bartenders, and<br />

a series of videos have been produced targeting<br />

consumers and professionals.<br />

Word is being spread on the Web and via face-toface<br />

encounters. Mixology demonstrations have<br />

been a key attraction at numerous events, including<br />

the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland; a Master<br />

class in Moscow for top bartenders; and Lebanon’s<br />

trade fair for Food and Beverage professionals.<br />

To make cool cocktails more widely available, Perrier<br />

Mixology bars were set up in superstores, like<br />

Carrefour and others, all over France in 2011. And<br />

anyone with a passion for cocktails can find several<br />

of the latest Mixology by Perrier recipes on You Tube<br />

your bar stool by “Beet” - an amazing raspberrybeetroot-coriander<br />

mix, or “Magic”, which tastes of<br />

marketing creativity remains as fresh and strong as its<br />

sparkling bubbles. The latest chapter in the legendary<br />

advertising story began in 2009 with the “Melting” TV<br />

commercials, supported by billboard visuals.<br />

In three different settings, the world is seen<br />
