Our local brands are much more than favourite<br />

key local brands. To illustrate this approach, let<br />
us take you to the sunny province of Yunnan in the<br />
southwest of the country. Here, we have acquired<br />
a 70% stake in Yunnan Dashan Drinks Co. Ltd., the<br />
company which produces the leading bottled water<br />
brand, Dashan.<br />
Consistently voted the “Happiest Province” in<br />
China, Yunnan is a place of mountains and lakes<br />
w<strong>here</strong> pristine nature still exists, and w<strong>here</strong> a<br />
spring climate reigns for most of the year. Its<br />
people are deeply attached to their homeland and<br />
proud of their unique cultural identity. No fewer<br />
than 25 ethnic groups live in harmony <strong>here</strong>, all<br />
