QUESTIONNAIRE ITEMS BY OBJECTIVE Domain: Demographic Information Objectives: JITP will be used by a representation of the general parent population. JITP will be used by parents who are most at risk of experiencing challenges. Questionnaire Items: 13 - 20 Domain: Delivery System Objectives: Parents will receive JITP at the time most useful to them. Questionnaire Items: 3 Parents will be satisfied with the method in which they access JITP.
