While not selected for use in the on-line evaluation, the following items and standardized measures provide additional depth to the core data that can be obtained using the on-line evaluation. With the exception of the standardized measures, these items are all under development and can be altered or changed as necessary for use. They are organized by domain and may provide ideas for those interested in conducting more in-depth evaluation studies.
