Pr<strong>of</strong>. Kalevi KORPELA's research focuses<br />
on self- and emotion regulation in everyday<br />
favorite places and on green space and<br />
human well-being. He is a leading Finnish<br />
scientist in the field <strong>of</strong> environmental<br />
psychology, place attachment and<br />
restorative environments.<br />

Liisa HALONEN is responsible for the<br />
Master- and Post-graduate education in<br />
illuminating engineering in Finland. She<br />
has several years <strong>of</strong> experience in education<br />
and research related to lighting. Under<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Liisa HALONEN’s lead, the<br />
<strong>Lighting</strong> Unit has become as one <strong>of</strong> the<br />
leading lighting laboratories in the world.<br />
There are currently 20 people working in<br />
the <strong>Lighting</strong> Unit.<br />
