Art. 89 In case an <strong>Iceland</strong>ic citizen does in hostilities carry arms against the <strong>Iceland</strong>ic<br />
State or its allies, this will be subject to imprisonment for no less than 2 years. The same<br />
penalty shall be applied to anyone who does during hostilities or impending war render<br />

Art. 91 Anyone who makes known, reports or does in another manner disclose to persons<br />
not concerned secret agreements, contemplations or resolutions <strong>of</strong> the State relating to<br />
matters on which its fortune or rights against other States depend or which are <strong>of</strong> major<br />
financial or commercial importance for the <strong>Iceland</strong>ic nation in relation to foreign<br />
countries, shall be subject to imprisonment for up to 16 years.<br />
The same punishment shall be applied to anyone falsifying, destroying or concealing a<br />
document or other articles on which the State’;s fortune or rights against other States<br />
depend.<br />
The same punishment shall furthermore be applied to anyone who has been charged by<br />
the <strong>Iceland</strong>ic State with negotiating or deciding something which another State and if<br />
he/she forfeits the interests <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Iceland</strong>ic State in the course <strong>of</strong> that commission.<br />
In case the act referred to in para. 1 and para. 2 above have been committed by<br />
inadvertence, the penalty shall be ? 1) imprisonment for up to 3 years, or fines if special<br />
mitigating circumstances are at hand. 1)
