manner attempts to cause an innocent person to be charged with or convicted <strong>of</strong> an act<br />
which is subject to penalty shall be subject to ? 1) imprisonment for up to 10 years. Upon<br />
fixing the penalty regard shall be had for the severity <strong>of</strong> the penalty applied to the <strong>of</strong>fence<br />
which the party concerned is said or indicated to have committed ? 2) In case an <strong>of</strong>fence<br />
has had or been intended to result in the loss <strong>of</strong> welfare for any person, penalty shall<br />
consist <strong>of</strong> imprisonment for no less than 2 years and up to 16 years.<br />
At the request <strong>of</strong> the injured party a Judgment may prescribe that the findings <strong>of</strong> a Court<br />
<strong>of</strong> Law and such part <strong>of</strong> the premises therefore as the Court consider suitable shall be<br />
published through the agency <strong>of</strong> the authorities in one or more public papers or<br />
publications.<br />

Art. 149 Anyone who becomes guilty <strong>of</strong> disclosing incorrectly to an authority that a<br />

Chapter XVI. Counterfeit <strong>of</strong> Money and other Offences respecting Legal<br />
Tender<br />
Art. 150 Anyone counterfeiting money for the purpose <strong>of</strong> putting it into circulation as<br />
legal tender and anyone acquiring counterfeit money for himself or others with the<br />
selfsame end in view shall be subject to imprisonment for up to <strong>12</strong> years.<br />
In case counterfeiting be performed in such a manner as to reduce the specific value <strong>of</strong><br />
legal tender the penalty shall consist <strong>of</strong> imprisonment for up to 4 years.<br />
Art. 151 Anyone handing out money which he/she knows to be counterfeit shall be<br />
subject to the selfsame penalty as if he/she forged it himself/herself. In case he/she has<br />
believed the money to be genuine at the time he/she received it, [imprisonment for up to<br />
