Art. 156 A person using a document bearing an authentic signature for the purpose <strong>of</strong><br />
deceit in legal dealings shall be subject to the penalty referred to in Art. 155, provided<br />
that the issuing party has been cheated into signing the document in the belief that it were<br />
another one or a document containing another subject.<br />
Art. 157 In case a person use an authentic document as if it related to a person other than<br />
the one to whom it actually pertains or in another manner contrary to that which was<br />
intended and if this is done for the purpose <strong>of</strong> deception in legal dealings, he/she shall be<br />
subject to fines ? 1) or imprisonment for up to 6 months.<br />
[The provisions <strong>of</strong> para. 1 also apply to the use <strong>of</strong> genuine documentation stored in a<br />

Art. 158 In case a person specify something incorrectly in an <strong>of</strong>ficial document or in a<br />
book or in other kinds <strong>of</strong> instruments or books which he/she is in duty bound to publish<br />
or work or if a person specify something incorrectly in a document or book which he/she<br />
publishes or keeps in work the discharging <strong>of</strong> which requires <strong>of</strong>ficial legalization and this<br />
is done for the purpose <strong>of</strong> deception in legal dealings, this will be subject to ? 1)<br />
imprisonment for up to 3 years or fines in cases <strong>of</strong> mitigating circumstances.<br />
The same penalty will be applicable to the use <strong>of</strong> thus incorrect documentation in legal<br />
dealings as if this were correct in substance.<br />

Art. 159 In case an <strong>of</strong>ficial stamp or mark has been affixed on an article and intended to<br />
evidence its genuineness or origin, quality, type or quantity and this has been done<br />
without authority or by means <strong>of</strong> falsification, the person using the article for the purpose<br />
<strong>of</strong> deceiving others thereby in transactions shall be subject to fines ? 1) or imprisonment<br />
for up to 3 years.
