<strong>ARTICLE</strong> 8<br />
Lease/Repair<br />
(<strong>Town</strong> Administrator)<br />
To see if the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate, or otherwise provide, a sum or<br />
sums <strong>of</strong> money as may be required for the lease and/or repair <strong>of</strong> equipment for various<br />
departments <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Natick</strong>, to determine whether this appropriation shall be<br />
raised by borrowing or otherwise, or otherwise act thereon.<br />
RECOMMENDATION: By a vote <strong>of</strong> 9-0-0 on September 24, 2009, The Finance<br />
Committee recommends REFERRAL with regard to the subject <strong>of</strong> Article 8 to the<br />
<strong>Town</strong> Administrator.<br />
There is nothing requiring <strong>Town</strong> Meeting action regarding lease or repair at this time.<br />
The Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen voted 5-0-0 to recommend referral <strong>of</strong> the subject matter <strong>of</strong><br />
Article 8 to the <strong>Town</strong> Administrator.<br />
MOTION: (Requires majority vote)<br />
Move that the <strong>Town</strong> vote to refer the subject matter <strong>of</strong> Article 8 to the <strong>Town</strong><br />
Administrator.<br />
