Move that the <strong>Town</strong> vote to abandon an easement for drainage purposes granted by Gregg<br />

P. Murphy and Donna W. Murphy to the Inhabitants <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Natick</strong> by instrument<br />

dated July 3, 2009 and recorded with the Middlesex South Registry District <strong>of</strong> the Land<br />

Court, at Book 01250, Page 150, said easement being located on the property at 24<br />

Franconia Avenue, <strong>Natick</strong>, MA, which property is shown on <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Natick</strong> Assessors’<br />

Map 27 as Lot 138. Said easement is shown on a plan entitled “Plan <strong>of</strong> Lot C on Land<br />

Court 18098A in <strong>Natick</strong> Massachusetts (showing <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Natick</strong> Drain Easement) owned<br />

by Gregg P. Murphy and Donna W. Murphy”, Scale 1”=20’, dated June 12, 2009 prepared<br />

by MacCarthy and Sullivan Engineering, Inc., 205 Newbury Street, Suite 205,<br />

Framingham, Massachusetts, which plan is recorded with the Middlesex South Registry <strong>of</strong><br />

Deeds with the foregoing instrument.<br />
