MOTION: (Requires majority vote)<br />

Move that the Tow n vote, pursuant to Ch apter 114, Section 34 <strong>of</strong> the Massachusetts<br />

General Law s, to allow the land contiguous to the Glenw ood Ce metery at 50 Glenw ood<br />

Street, <strong>Natick</strong>, Ma ssachusetts to be used f or burial purposes, subject, how ever, to all<br />

conditions, restr ictions or lim itations impose d by the <strong>Natick</strong> B oard <strong>of</strong> Health in its<br />

approval under the Massachusetts General La ws <strong>of</strong> the location <strong>of</strong> th e lands intended for<br />

such use. Said land is described in a deed from A rnold W. Hunnew ell, Jr., Walter<br />

Hunnewell and Jane P. Hunne well to Glenw ood Cemetery Association, dated August 27,<br />

1980, recorded with the Middlesex South Registry <strong>of</strong> Deeds in Book 14054, Page 475, and is<br />

shown as Lot 37B on a plan entitled “Plan <strong>of</strong> Land in <strong>Natick</strong>, Mass.” dated Ju ne 10, 1980,<br />

drawn by Cheney Engineering Co., Inc., w hich plan is recorded w ith said deed. Said land<br />

is also shown on the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Natick</strong> Assessors’ Map 69 as Lot 37.<br />
