1.14. Tender Notice through press this N.I.T. accompaniments of tender documents,
specifications of M.O.R.T. & H. Govt. Of India, all correspondences leading to
final disposal of tender will form a part of contract documents.
1.15. Department Materials / Machineries will not be made available to the Contractor
and the same shall have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
