For the purpose <strong>of</strong> keeping the questionnaire used in this <strong>study</strong> as simple as possible,<br />
<strong>hazard</strong>s were classified as either natural or human induced. Natural <strong>hazard</strong>s were then<br />
further divided into biological <strong>and</strong> physical <strong>hazard</strong>s, <strong>and</strong> human-induced <strong>hazard</strong>s into<br />
chemical <strong>and</strong> cultural <strong>hazard</strong>s, as can be seen in Table 2-2.<br />
