At this year’s Baselworld,<br />
La Montre Hermès, the<br />
Swiss-based watch subsidiary<br />
of the famous<br />
Parisian leather goods<br />
firm, passed a milestone. It introduced<br />
two new watches bearing the firm’s<br />
first-ever proprietary movements, one<br />
for men’s watches and one for women’s,<br />
both with the same automatic base caliber.<br />
The movements were designed by Hermès<br />
and manufactured by Vaucher Manufacture<br />
Fleurier, the Swiss movement producer<br />
in which Hermès has a 25-percent<br />
