Bryan Abercrombie was selected as a
2009 Texas Rising Star.
Michael D. Crain was named
senior adviser at PCT ® Companies’
government relations arm and will
head its new Beijing office. The PCT ®
Companies provide intellectual
property-based public policy, strategic
management and monetization
advisory services. Michael is former
chief of staff to the U.S. ambassador to
the People’s Republic of China, where
he was involved in the leadership
and management of the day-to-day
activities of the embassy as well as
overseeing the visits of numerous
high-level U.S. government officials to
China.
Kathryn Freed-Collier purchased the
Clyfford Still House at 312 Church
St., New Windsor, Maryland 21776,
as the new building for her solo
practice focusing on civil matters in
family law and employment law and
expanding into credit management
and bankruptcy.
Cynthia L. Williams was recently
asked to be a member of the
inaugural advisory committee for
The Community Foundation, a local
Tarrant County “donor advised fund”
and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Cynthia will also serve as the
chairperson for the 25 th anniversary
celebration for Guardianship Services,
Inc. Cynthia was selected as a 2009
Texas Rising Star.

Jeffrey S. Adamcik, recently promoted
to senior corporate counsel for Diebold,
Inc., moved from Texas to Ohio to work
directly out of Diebold’s headquarters
in Canton, Ohio, taking on a very highlevel
legal role working directly under
the general counsel. While in Texas,
Jeffrey was a senior faculty member
at DeVry University instructing
five different MBA courses, such as
Contracts and Procurement, as well
as undergraduate business law.

Kevin Mullen was selected as a 2009

Sandra Leigh King (formerly
Chambers) has relocated her civil
litigation practice to 2570 Via Nice, Suite

to her private practice, she is a law
professor at Northwood University
in Cedar Hill and continues to
teach at Concordia University’s Fort
Worth campus. She has written two
published law review articles and
continues to lecture for the National
Business Institute and the Institute for
Paralegal Education Law.

Cynthia Dashiell and her husband,
Aaron, were blessed with the birth
of their second daughter, Haley
Elizabeth, born Oct. 7, 2008. Cynthia
recently joined The Danamraj Law
Group, P.C., in Dallas as an Of Counsel
patent attorney.

Lindsay D. DeVos was recently reelected
to serve her second term on
the board of directors for the Tarrant
County Family Law Bar Association.
Lindsay was recognized for the
second year in a row as a Tarrant
County Top Attorney in Fort Worth,
Texas magazine. She is also an
active member of the area Chamber
of Commerce and Tarrant County
Bar, serving on several committees.
Lindsay, also certified in collaborative
law, has her own firm in Mansfield
focused primarily on family law.
Alan Herda was selected as a 2009
Texas Rising Star.
Rachel Moore was selected as a 2009
Texas Rising Star.
Christopher J. Parvin was recently
elected to the Cedar Hill City Council.
Christopher will continue his estate
planning and business law practice at
the firm of Palmer & Manuel, LLP, in
Dallas.

Jennifer Eldridge was selected as a
2009 Texas Rising Star.
Jessica Sharma Graham has accepted
a position with The Corea Firm, PLLC.

Firm represents parties, on a national
level, in a variety of civil disputes
where they have been wronged.
Jessica’s practice focuses primarily in
the field of personal injury litigation.
She is currently accepting new clients
and referrals.
Caroline Harrison was installed
as a 2009-2010 Tarrant County Bar
Association appointed director in July
at the TCBA membership luncheon.
