negatively. Appropriate training can improve this

Information Information is crucial during fish disease outbreaks,
scarcity of fry/fingerlings exists, limited marketing, etc.
Access to resources Access to resources is fundamental to aquaculture. Multiownership
of ponds and water resources should be
settled amicably.
