Milk products consumption has been associated with overall diet quality<br />

and the adequate intake of many nutrients. Milk products (fluid milk,<br />

cheese, yogurt, etc) are especially important to developing good bone<br />

health during childhood and adolescence.<br />

DID YOU KNOW, a choice of low fat milk is offered<br />

everyday as a beverage for all meals in the cafeteria? In addition,<br />

four times a week one of the main courses on the menu for lunch is a<br />

vegetarian option that is made from a reduced fat and reduced sodium<br />

cheese. Also, Wednesday you will find a Yogurt Parfait for breakfast that<br />

is one of the student favorites.<br />
