Displaying Configuration Information<br />

The following table lists the commands that are useful for displaying the XP’s configuration<br />

information.<br />

Enable Mode:<br />

Show the non-activated configuration changes in the<br />

scratchpad.<br />

Show the startup configuration for the next reboot. system show startup<br />

Show the running system configuration, followed by the<br />

non-activated changes in the scratchpad.<br />

Compare activated commands with the startup<br />

configuration file.<br />

The show and system show commands display the commands in the order they were executed. You<br />

can change this sequence to alphabetical order by using the system set show-config command.<br />
