4.Disassembling and assembling the front brake disk.<br />
a. Remove the front wheel.<br />
b. Remove the three nuts on the disk.<br />
c. Remove the disk.<br />
d. To assemble the disk, please reverse the disassembling procedure.<br />
Locking torque M8:2.0~3.0kg-m<br />
5.Checking for the front brake-disk. Standard thickness:3.6mm<br />
Limit of use:<br />
Replace a new one when below 3.1mm<br />
6.Check the front brake lining.<br />
a. Standard thickness:4.0mm.<br />
Limit of use:Replace a new one when the thickness is below 2.0mm.<br />
Note: No grease allowed on the lining.
