For so long as Notes issued under the Programme are outstanding, the following documents will be
available, during usual business hours on any weekday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), for
inspection at the office of the Fiscal Agent or each of the Paying Agents:
(i) the statuts (Company’s Articles) of the Issuer;
(ii) the 2012 Annual Report, the 2011 Annual Report and the Vinci Quarterly Information Press
Release at 31 March 2013 (also available on www.vinci.com);
(iii) each Final Terms for Notes that are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris and/or any other
Regulated Market (also available for viewing on the website of the AMF (www.amffrance.org));
(iv) a copy of this Base Prospectus together with any supplement to this Base Prospectus or
further Base Prospectus (also available on the websites of (a) the AMF (www.amffrance.org)
and (b) the Issuer (www.vinci.com)); and
(v) all reports, letters and other documents, historical financial information, valuations and
statements prepared by any expert at the relevant Issuer’s request any part of which is
included or referred to in this Base Prospectus.
For so long as Notes issued under the Programme are outstanding, copies of the 2012 Annual Report and the
2011 Annual Report (in English and French) may be obtained at the office of the Fiscal Agent or each of the
Paying Agents during usual business hours on any weekday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public
holidays).
