<strong>Pacom</strong> Keypad 1062<br />

The <strong>Pacom</strong> 1062 keypad is an intelligent I/O device that acts<br />

as the local user-interface for <strong>Pacom</strong> controllers. It offers the<br />

following features:<br />

Manage and control - Up to 8 separate areas within a site.<br />

Display - LED display status of areas. Back-lit 2 line x 16 character<br />

LCD with adjustable LCD intensity. Programmable customer<br />

messages and banner.<br />

Communication - Compatible with all <strong>Pacom</strong> field controllers.<br />

Communication over RS485 line (32 device loop addresses).<br />

On-board inputs and outputs - 2 on-board alarm inputs and 4<br />

on-board control outputs.<br />

Access control - Can also be configured as an access control<br />

keypad where it is used as a terminal for a PIN that grants<br />

access to a single door or access point. It has serial data and<br />

I/O connections for 1 access control device such as a card or<br />

proximity reader and associated I/O devices (door strike).<br />

User configurations - Program user IDs (99) and program/<br />

assign user types (8).<br />

Automatic baud-detect for fast and easy installation setup.<br />

Smart power-save mode. Programmable buzzer frequencies<br />

for personal preferences Built-in device tamper switch.<br />
