Leather Workshop<br />
Saturday, June 15 at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.<br />
Leather hides and skins of animals were widely used by the colonist for clothing,<br />
bags and other necessities. Discover the fun of leather crafting and learn to carve,<br />
punch and finish a leather bracelet. Learn the story of the “Leatherman” who in the<br />
1800s, walked between Connecticut and Hudson rivers and slept in cave shelters a<br />
head-to-toe leather suit. Fees: $7 Held at the Southeast Museum, 67 Main St, Brewster,<br />

A Benefit Concert for PAC featuring an Evening of LIVE Music & Song. Join us<br />
in the gallery at the Belle Levine Art Center as we celebrate our 50th anniversary<br />
with a 60’s revue, featuring music and songs from the decade PAC began, presented<br />
with style and pizazz by The Voices of Hope, a talented group of area actors and<br />
singers who use their talents to help raise funds for valuable community non-profit<br />
organizations. All proceeds benefit the programs of the <strong>Putnam</strong> Arts Council. $20<br />
