Java John and the Incredible Talking Tiki
Thursday, August 1 at 7 p.m.
Music, magic and inventive storytelling for the entire family. The audience will
join Java John (Fogarty) as “island castaways” on a mission to try and outsmart
Tonga for his hidden treasure. Tonga, the mystical tiki ruler of Bonga-Bonga, is set
on keeping the treasure all to himself. Games, challenges and some rockin’ singalongs
are all part of the summer fun. Kids are encouraged to come dressed as
pirates, princesses, sailors, surfin’ dudes and dudettes, beach bums, castaways...etc.
Will Java John and the crew find a way to take the treasure away from the towering
talking tiki? Find out at the Library! Registration is required. For information or to
register, visit www.mahopaclibrary.org, or call 845-628-2009, ext 100.
