Women’s basketball junior Mandy Pennewell led five<br />
Bobcats in double-figures with 28 points as the Bobcats tied<br />
the third-highest scoring output in program history to defeat<br />
Mount St. Mary’s, 109-72.<br />

January 17: Men’s basketball senior DeMario Anderson<br />
rattled home 24 points while freshman Evann Baker netted<br />
15 as <strong>Quinnipiac</strong> defeated St. Francis (N.Y.), 75-72.<br />
January 19: Men’s indoor track junior Tyler Dinnan won the<br />
1 Mile Run at the <strong>University</strong> of New Hampshire Dual Meet.<br />
Women’s indoor track junior Chelsea Bollerman also won<br />
the 1000 Meter run in the race.<br />
Men’s basketball sophomore James Feldeine scored 18<br />
points, including eight in the final three minutes, to lead<br />
<strong>Quinnipiac</strong> to an 84-80 victory over Long Island at the TD<br />
Banknorth Sports Center.<br />
Women’s basketball junior Erin Kerner scored 25 points<br />
on her way to her 1,000th career point in a 62-60 win over<br />
Long Island.<br />
Men’s ice hockey extends their unbeaten streak to 10 games<br />
with a 5-2 win over Holy Cross. The streak is <strong>Quinnipiac</strong>’s<br />
longest in Division I history.<br />
January 21: Men’s basketball senior DeMario Anderson won<br />
his second straight Choice Hotels/NEC Player of the Week<br />
award.<br />
Women’s basketball junior Erin Kerner dropped in 21<br />

Hockey Magazine Poll, their highest rankings all-time in<br />
<strong>Quinnipiac</strong> history.<br />
January 26: At the Terrier Invitational hosted by Boston<br />
<strong>University</strong>, Tyler Dinnan ran a personal best time of<br />
8:25.97 to qualify for the IC4A Championships.<br />
January 29: Junior Chelsea Bollerman was named the<br />
Northeast Conference Women’s Track Athlete of the Week<br />
after qualifying for the ECAC Championships in the 1 Mile<br />
Run at the Terrier Invitational hosted by Boston <strong>University</strong>.<br />
Field hockey senior Megan Dahle was named the Northeast<br />
Conference Field Hockey Scholar-Athlete of the Year.<br />
Dahle, who is majoring in interactive communications,<br />
posted a perfect 4.0 grade-point-average.<br />
Cross country sophomore Kristen Stevens was named the<br />
2007 Northeast Conference Cross Country Scholar-Athlete<br />
of the Year. Stevens, a physical therapy major, posted a<br />
3.69 grade-point-average.<br />
January 30: Men’s soccer senior Danilo Schiavon was<br />
selected by the Philadelphia KiXX of the Major Indoor<br />
Soccer League College Draft with the 25th overall pick of<br />
the draft.<br />
