Beijing
The 4 Star Grand View Garden Hotel is set
in the idyllic surroundings of the Grand
View Garden Park, offering an appealing
retreat, combining traditional Chinese
architecture with contemporary comforts.
The hotel boasts 384 well appointed
guestrooms and suites and has a wide
variety of dining and entertainment facilities.
Shanghai
The Superior 3 Star Ramada Shanghai
Zhabei Hotel is centrally located and its
212 rooms are air-conditioned with minibar
and hairdryer.The restaurant specialises in
Seafood and Korean cuisine and there’s a
café and bar – where you can compete with
your new friends on the Karaoke Screen!
Xian
Situated in the cultural centre of Xian, the
Oriental Hotel consists of 286 rooms over
22 storeys.This modern hotel has been
designed in a classic style and each room
is air-conditioned and fully equipped with
a television, telephone and mini bar.The
hotel features nine restaurants, including
the famous Revolving Palace, money
exchange facilities, business centre and bar.
Recreational facilities are also available and
include snooker, massage and sauna.
Guilin
The Osmanthus Hotel is located in an idyllic
setting on the scenic riverside in downtown
Guilin.The property is also close to shops
and scenic attractions including the Li River
and Elephant Trunk Hill. Each of the 370
rooms features private western facilities,
telephone, television, air-conditioning and mini
bar. Hotel facilities include a business centre,
money exchange facilities, bar, restaurant and
recreational facilities including a swimming
pool, sauna, massage, shops and games room.
Osmanthus Hotel, Guilin
Kunming
The 4 star Kunming Jin Jiang Hotel is
centrally located and blends high levels of
service with modern facilities.The 320
spacious and beautifully decorated rooms
feature private ensuite bathrooms, airconditioning,
satellite TV, mini bar and safety
deposit box. Facilities include a health and
fitness centre, lobby bar and two restaurants
Dali
Backed by the snow-capped Cangshan
Mountain range and facing Erhai Lake, the
4 Star Asian Star Hotel offers a unique
opportunity to appreciate the natural
scenery of this area.The hotel has 310
rooms, all with mountain or lake views and
each is nicely furnished with ensuite
bathrooms, air-conditioning and telephone.
Lijiang
Located in the business centre of Lijiang, the
4 star Adange Hotel is within easy access to
all the city’s attractions.The 128 elegantly
furnished rooms feature private ensuite
bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV,
fridge, safety deposit box and telephone.
Additional facilities include a Chinese and
Western restaurant, fitness room, sauna and
massage rooms.
Yangtze River Cruise
On tours where there is a cruise along the
Yangtze River, we use 4 Star cruise vessels
from the Victoria and Yangtze Star cruise lines;
however ship facilities may not be the same as
a hotel with smaller rooms, no refrigerator
and less efficient plumbing. Each vessel differs
in interior décor and room layouts. Standard
twin cabins are fully equipped with airconditioning,
private western facilities and
television. Cabin upgrades are available on
request. On board facilities include a bar,
massage room, gift shop and dining room.
