GEAR SHIFTING WITH SYNCRO GEAR BOX<br />

• Select the shift taking into consideration your driving; the 1st gear gives the greatest<br />

pulling capacity; the 2nd gear gives the highest speed. The gear positions you see<br />

in the below. By the gear lever there is a tape indicating the gear positions. When<br />

shifting gears from 1 st to 2 nd the speed limit is max 15 km/h. In order to shift from 2 nd<br />

to 1 st you have to stop the snowmobile.<br />

• Gearbox have no chain.<br />

• Chaindriven models have no gearbox, but you can buy as an extra equipment the<br />

reverse gear. Snowmobile is capable of a fast reverse.<br />

• Driver should become familiar with this operation by practising on level ground.<br />

• Ensure the path behind is clear of obstacles or bystanders.<br />

• Note that skis or front suspension may be damaged if the ski bumps an obstacle,<br />

also the driver may be damaged.<br />

• Fast reverse, while turning, could result in lost of stability.<br />

GEAR SHIFTING (CHAINCASE DRIVE CHAIN)<br />

• Driver should become familiar with this operation by practising on level surface.<br />

• Ensure the path behind is clear of obstacles or bystanders.<br />

• Note that skis or front suspension may be damaged if the ski bumps an obstacle,<br />

also the driver may be damaged.<br />

• Fast reverse, while turning, could result in lost of stability.<br />

WARNING !<br />

When shifting to reverse/from reverse snowmobile has to be stopped.<br />
