Daniel Rosenthal (1970, German) has been CFO<br />
of Business Unit 3 since January <strong>2011</strong> and has<br />
overseen the post-merger integration process<br />
since February <strong>2011</strong>.<br />
He previously served as CFO of Dörries Scharmann<br />
from 2006 and as financial manager from<br />
2005. From 2000 to 2004 he was CFO of a software<br />
company and before that he was in investment<br />
banking from 1997 to 2000.<br />
Daniel Rosenthal has a degree in mathematics<br />
from the University of Münster and an MBA from<br />
Simon School at the University of Rochester in<br />
New York, USA.<br />

Dr. Eberhard Schoppe (1955, German) has been<br />
Head of Business Unit 2 in Chemnitz since 2004.<br />
He has been on the local executive management<br />
board as Head of Engineering and Production<br />
since 1999. From 1994 to 1999 he was responsible<br />
for production planning and export sales. Prior<br />
to that, he was head of engineering at an internationally<br />
active machine tool manufacturer.<br />
Dr. Eberhard Schoppe has a degree in mechanical<br />
engineering from the Chemnitz University of<br />
Technology.
