8. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS (SR)
For category B Touristic Gatherings, the organiser must establish Supplementary
Regulations (SR).
For the C and D categories, the establishment of the SR is not compulsory.
The SR should contain the following information:
• Title, meeting place, dates and IMN of the event
• Name, address, tel. fax and e-mail of the organiser and the FMNR
• A few elements on the event’s features
• Amount of individual entry fee with a list of the corresponding benefits
(accommodation not included)
• In case of obligatory advanced entries (see Art. 9), last deadline for
registration
• Duration of the Arrival Control(s), possibly same indications concerning the
Welcome Control(s)
• Extract from the FIM Environmental Code – Article 11.
The following information is recommended:
• Conditions of participation (particularly for category D)
• Description of the possible route on the FMNR territory with exact
indications as to the checking-in conditions of the participants
• Arrangements concerning a possible Closed Park area (Parc Fermé)
• Types of placing and list of prizes
• A detailed programme of daily events.
The SR should be sent to the persons who have requested it and must be
displayed at the International Touristic Gathering place.
9. REGISTRATION
As a general rule, registrations are made on-the-spot. However, if specified by
the Supplementary Regulations, an entry submitted obligatorily in advance can
be planned by the organisers, in which case a cancellation and refund policy
statement should also be published.
10. ARRIVAL CONTROL
In case a classification is scheduled, each participant must check-in personally
with his motorcycle for the entry to be controlled and approved.
