5. ENTRIES<br />
Entries to the <strong>FIM</strong> Motocamp have to be made on the official <strong>FIM</strong> entry form<br />
which can be obtained from the FMN of the participant. It is the FMN of the<br />
participant that fixes the deadline for the return of the form and who sends all the<br />
entries to the organiser.<br />
Only participants in possession of an entry form bearing the authorisation stamp<br />
of their FMN are admitted.<br />
6. ENTRY FEE<br />
The entry fee is fixed by the Federation of the participant. It is made up of the<br />
organiser's fee plus any administrative expenses which may be added by the<br />
FMN.<br />
For each <strong>FIM</strong> Motocamp, the organiser's fee is determined by the <strong>FIM</strong><br />
Commission for Leisure Motorcycling (CML). The amount may be fixed in the<br />
local currency of the FMNR or in Euros (€). Children between the ages of 8 and<br />
12 will pay 50% of the adult entrance fee, while children under the age of 8 will<br />
be admitted free of charge.<br />
The FMNs must pay in advance the whole of the organiser's fee.<br />
The entry fee gives the right to the following minimal benefits:<br />
• Participation in the <strong>FIM</strong> Motocamp<br />
• Accommodation on a camping site for the duration of the event<br />
• Good quality food and in sufficient quantity:<br />
– 1 st day: dinner<br />
– 2 nd day: breakfast, lunch, dinner<br />
– 3 rd day: breakfast, lunch, dinner<br />
– last day: breakfast<br />
• A souvenir medal/plaque or pin<br />
• Other souvenirs left to the choice of the organiser, but easy to transport on<br />
a motorcycle.<br />
7. ACCOMMODATION<br />
Tent camping is compulsory.<br />
The organiser must provide tent camping accommodation on campsites for the<br />
participants throughout the duration of the Motocamp.<br />
For temporary campsites, the organiser should attempt to provide sanitary and<br />
hygiene facilities in accordance with the standards fixed for countries in<br />
membership of the European Union (EU).<br />
