23.2 National Delegates
Each participating FMN has the right to name a delegate. The nomination shall
be made in writing to the organiser at least 15 days before the event.
The Jury President will convene meetings of FMN delegates. Representatives of
the next FIM Rally organisation may be present as observers. The first meeting
with the delegates will usually take place at 18h00 on the eve of the event.
24. ORGANISATION PLAN
24.1 Three years before the event
• Before the FIM Congress or Biennial Session: The organisation request
must be presented, in writing, to the FIM.
• FIM Congress or Biennial Session: The CML designates the organising
FMN (FMNR).
24.2 Two years before the event
• Conference Meetings: The CML fixes the place and date of the FIM Rally
• FIM Rally: The organisation committee shall participate in the current
year's FIM Rally
• FIM Congress or Biennial Session: The provisional programme is
presented. The CML fixes the entry fee.
24.3 One year before the event
• Conference Meetings: The final programme shall be presented
• FIM Rally: The organisation committee shall participate in the current
year's FIM Rally
• FIM Congress or Biennial Session: The CML ratifies the SR and
designates the Jury President and CML member
• The postal date on the documentation and entry forms sent by the
organisers must be at the latest, 1 December of the year preceding the
Rally. The closing date for registration will be deferred in relation to the
number of days' delay after that date.
• Before the Congress or Biennial Session: a site visit of the Jury
President and nominated CML members(s)
If deemed necessary by the CML, further site visits will take place.
