10. ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL<br />
<strong>FIM</strong> Rendez-Vous Meritum participants are welcomed at the Administrative<br />
Control. Each participant must present a copy of his entry form.<br />
11. LIABILITY OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANISERS<br />
AND PARTICIPANTS<br />
The <strong>FIM</strong> and/or its FMNs may not be held liable for any claims made against the<br />
organisation of an event. The organisers must make all necessary arrangements<br />
to minimise the liability of the FMNR, organisers, officials and any other person<br />
involved in the organisation of an event. The insurance policies shall be in<br />
conformity with Articles 19, 20 and 22 – Category A.<br />
The organisers must follow local, regional and national regulations for safety.<br />
12. PARTICIPANTS’ LIST<br />
The organiser shall submit to the <strong>FIM</strong> delegate a list showing the number of<br />
participants and nations represented at the Rendez-Vous Meritum meeting.<br />
13. PRIZES<br />
The <strong>FIM</strong> Rendez-Vous Meritum is a gathering of individual friends of the <strong>FIM</strong><br />
Rally who are gathered under the common insignia of the <strong>FIM</strong> Meritum and Co-<br />
Meritum medals. In these circumstances, participants at the <strong>FIM</strong> Rendez-Vous<br />
Meritum are not regarded as members of clubs or national teams. Therefore<br />
there is no classification and no perpetual challenges or trophies are presented.<br />
Taking into account the above conditions, the event organisers may present<br />
special awards if they so wish.<br />
