5. Set a closing date for receipt of entries at ………………………..
6. Apply an entry fee of ………… euros (€). In the case of a registered participant
not being able to attend the said FIM Rally, the FMN of the rider may substitute
another rider, and the organiser should be advised by the FMN. Where no
substitute is available, the organiser is free to decide if any refund of the entry fee
is to be made.
7. Provide arrangements for participants who wish to be accommodated in hotels.
The conditions for cancellation and reimbursement of hotel accommodation fees
paid in advance will be as follows:
For cancellation of the hotel accommodation payment up to 30 days prior to
the event, the refund from the 100% advance payment will be 80%. Refunds
after this time are at the option of the organiser.
8. Provide sufficient places for camping in accordance with guidelines laid down by
the FIM/CML. In case of a registered participant not being able to attend the said
FIM Rally, and where no substitute is available, the organiser is free to decide if
any refund of camping fees is to be made.
8.1 Apply a camping fee of xx euros (€) per night for the duration of
the Rally. This fee includes breakfast.

9. Make a security deposit of 9’500 (€) to the FIM, in order to guarantee the strict
fulfilment of all and every obligation mentioned above.
The security deposit must be paid into the FIM bank account within
10 days of the closing date of entries.
10. Any decision to draw on the security deposit will be made by the
FIM Management Council after due consideration for the recommendations of the
CML after the conclusion of the Rally.
11. The organiser shall fulfil the requirements provided for in the Code for Touristic
Gatherings, this present Agreement and the FIM Rally Workbook for Organisers.
12. If, after the official CML site visit, the organiser wishes to change any of the agreed
arrangements, a second visit, if deemed necessary by the CML, will be at the cost
of the organiser.
