Manifold
Notes
The pressure pad is used to support the nozzle/
manifold against the cavity plate. It is made of
titanium steel which guarantees excellent insulating
properties and minimal heat loss. The
standard pressure pad comes in 12 mm size.
To secure the measurement “K” required for
the heat expansion of the manifold the customer
has to grind the pressure pad to the required
dimension.

If the _TT2 nozzle type is used, only the
757.802 spacer is possible.

Notes
Cable clips are used to fix the power leads and
thermal cables in the cable channels. These
holding clips are made of spring steel. They
are compressed into the cable channels.
