In pursuance of an order bearing date the
27th day of March, 1817, made in this cause,
on the petition of the infant plaintiffs, by
which order it was, among other things,
referred to me to inquire what would be a
proper plan for the maintenance and education
of the said infants ; and also to inquire ivith
whom and under whose care they shoidd remain
during their minority, or until the further
order of this Court, I have been attended by
the soHcitors for the plaintiffs and defendants,
and have in their presence proceeded in the
