1817, in the pleadings of this cause
particularly mentioned, under and by virtue
of which indenture the said infant plaintiffs
are entitled to 2000^. Four per Cent.
Annuities, now standing in the names of the
said defendants, Ehza Westbrook and John
Higham, Esq., upon certain trusts, declared
by the said indenture.
