said plaintiffs, he having consented to receive
them into his family, provide them with clothes
and everything necessary to their situation,
instruct them so far as they are capable of
receiving instructions, and take the charge of
them in all respects in the place of a parent, for
an allowance of the said sum of 200^. per
annum, such allowance to be paid in manner
following—that is to say, the sum of 80Z. per
annum, part thereof, with the dividends to
which the said plaintiffs are entitled from the
2000^. Bank Four per Cent. Annuities, set
apart for their benefit, pursuant to the
aforesaid indenture of the 2nd day of January,
1817; and the residue of the said annual
sum
of 200^. to be made good by the said
John Westbrook, the maternal grandfather
of the said plaintiffs.
