Sudbrooke Ladies’ Club
Sally Logan, a Personal Trainer from David Lloyd, gave a talk
and practical session about fitness which involved maintaining
core stability and balance. The objective is to maintain skeletal
alignment and functional ability and some exercises were suitable
for people with limited mobility.
Forthcoming meetings:
Thursday 20 th June 2013: Tina James-Lincoln Community Larder.
Please note that we are collecting non perishable food and toiletries to donate
to Tina at this meeting.
Thursday 18 th July 2013: Summer Luncheon at the Cross Keys, Stow.
The Summer Luncheon for members and guests will be held at the Cross Keys
at Stow. The cost will be £18-50 and payment in full will be collected at the
June meeting. Payment by cheque is preferred.
We meet on the third Thursday of each month at 730 pm in the Bramham
Lounge at the Village Hall.
We continue our book stall and collection of stamps and small coins for charity.
The money raised is donated to a local charity when it reaches £200.
Visitors and new members are always welcome and are asked to make a donation
of £2.
