Parish Council Minutes - March 2013 ABRIDGED NOTES OF THE MEETING OF SUDBROOKE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THURSDAY 4 TH APRIL 2013 IN THE VILLAGE HALL, SUDBROOKE PRESENT: Councillors M Dickie, P Heath, B Waller, Miss R Dobbs, P Rignall, Mrs L Etheridge, S Curtis, PCSO J Parker, Mrs C Myers (Clerk), Mrs B Solly (Treasurer), 2 members of the public APOLOGIES: Councillor I Russell, County Councillor Sue Rawlins. 145 PARISHIONERS ITEMS A resident raised concern about the condition of the footpaths in the village. She was advised that any defects should continue to be reported to the Highways Department. Resident Danny Wilkinson had offered to remove all the rubbish which had been dumped on the sports field car park. Thanks were extended to Danny for this public spirited gesture. Cllr Bob Waller stated that residents of Church Lane had received notification from Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions that they would be carrying out work on behalf of Anglian Water commencing in June 2013 and that due to the narrow road width and to conform with both health and safety requirements and the new roads and street works act, they would be operating a road closure for the duration of the works, with limited access from Scothern Lane. 146 POLICE MATTERS PCSO Jackie Parker reported the following incidents:- • Theft of two cycles from Windsor Close • House alarm sounding in Beresford Drive • Report of two cycles being loaded into a van which. On investigation this was just two cycles being moved • Report of an injured dog on West Drive 147 DISTRICT COUNCILLORS REPORT DC Stuart Curtis reported on the next stage of the Lincolnshire Local Plan which would give land owners the opportunity to put forward suggestions for land development. 148 NOTES OF MEETING HELD ON 7 TH MARCH 2013 These were signed as a correct record. 149 REPORTS ON MATTERS OUTSTANDING a) Transfer of land Beech Close - The transfer document for the land was awaited from the solicitors. b) Siting of seats, Beech Close/ Jubilee Garden – quotations for fixing – Further quotes were still being sought.
