c) Litter Pick 16th March – Report
– A successful morning with
over 30 bags of rubbish had being
collected. Thanks were extended
to Mr Mike Halliday and
Councillor Stuart Curtis for organising
the Pick.
d) Millennium stone lighting –
The Chairman reported that the
lights had now been turned off
for the summer months and the
meter read.
e) Obstruction to Highway,
Church Lane – Nothing further
to report on this matter.
f) Sudbrooke woods footpaths –
Notification had been received of
the new owners of the land in
Sudbrooke Park. Legal advice
would be sought as to whether
new Notices would be required
to be served on the landowners.
g) Weed spraying in village –
The quotation from WLDC for
weed spraying around the Village
Hall, footpath from Northfield
Park to Holme Drive and
around the millennium stone in
the village had been received in
the sum of £181.32 including

INSPECTOR TRAINING
Members agreed to the share of the
costs of this essential training between
Nettleham, Sudbrooke, Langworth and
Greetwell Parish Councils.
152 PLANNING
An informal meeting had been arranged
for 9 th April 2013 with Simon
Sharp of West Lindsey District Council
Planning Department, Mr Paul Truelove
and representatives of the Parish
Council to discuss possible ways of
progressing a cycle path between Sudbrooke
and Nettleham.
It was agreed that representatives of
the Parish Council attending the meeting
be Councillors M Dickie, P Heath, S
Curtis and the Clerk.
154 CHAIRMANS COMMENTS
Computer problems - The Chair
stated that the PC laptop used by the
Treasurer was in need of replacement.
The Treasurer had obtained a price for
replacement of approximately
£400. There would be an additional
cost of £168 for the installation and
license of Windows (Excel, Word
etc). A further price would be obtained.
It was noted that funds had
