c) Litter Pick 16th March – Report<br />

– A successful morning with<br />

over 30 bags of rubbish had being<br />

collected. Thanks were extended<br />

to Mr Mike Halliday and<br />

<strong>Council</strong>lor Stuart Curtis for organising<br />

the Pick.<br />

d) Millennium stone lighting –<br />

The Chairman reported that the<br />

lights had now been turned off<br />

for the summer months and the<br />

meter read.<br />

e) Obstruction to Highway,<br />

Church Lane – Nothing further<br />

to report on this matter.<br />

f) <strong>Sudbrooke</strong> woods footpaths –<br />

Notification had been received of<br />

the new owners of the land in<br />

<strong>Sudbrooke</strong> Park. Legal advice<br />

would be sought as to whether<br />

new Notices would be required<br />

to be served on the landowners.<br />

g) Weed spraying in village –<br />

The quotation from WLDC for<br />

weed spraying around the Village<br />

Hall, footpath from Northfield<br />

Park to Holme Drive and<br />

around the millennium stone in<br />

the village had been received in<br />

the sum of £181.32 including<br />

INSPECTOR TRAINING<br />

Members agreed to the share of the<br />

costs of this essential training between<br />

Nettleham, <strong>Sudbrooke</strong>, Langworth and<br />

Greetwell Parish <strong>Council</strong>s.<br />

152 PLANNING<br />

An informal meeting had been arranged<br />

for 9 th April <strong>2013</strong> with Simon<br />

Sharp of West Lindsey District <strong>Council</strong><br />

Planning Department, Mr Paul Truelove<br />

and representatives of the Parish<br />

<strong>Council</strong> to discuss possible ways of<br />

progressing a cycle path between <strong>Sudbrooke</strong><br />

and Nettleham.<br />

It was agreed that representatives of<br />

the Parish <strong>Council</strong> attending the meeting<br />

be <strong>Council</strong>lors M Dickie, P Heath, S<br />

Curtis and the Clerk.<br />

154 CHAIRMANS COMMENTS<br />

Computer problems - The Chair<br />

stated that the PC laptop used by the<br />

Treasurer was in need of replacement.<br />

The Treasurer had obtained a price for<br />

replacement of approximately<br />

£400. There would be an additional<br />

cost of £168 for the installation and<br />

license of Windows (Excel, Word<br />

etc). A further price would be obtained.<br />
