Schedule 6(5)(3): A CMA against<br />
whose decision or offer an appeal<br />
or application is lodged must<br />
within a reasonable time -<br />
(a) send to the Tribunal all<br />
documents relating to the matter,<br />
together with the reasons for its<br />
decision; and<br />
(b) allow the appellant or<br />
applicant and every party<br />
opposing the appeal or<br />
application to make copies of the<br />
