<strong>UEFA</strong>, for whatever reason, is unable to record <strong>the</strong> entirety <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> match feed, <strong>the</strong><br />
host association must, upon request by <strong>UEFA</strong>, ensure that tapes (HDCAM format<br />
for high-definition signals, Digibeta for standard-definition signals) <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> relevant<br />
feed are delivered to <strong>UEFA</strong> within 72 hours <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> end <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> match.<br />
28.10 In order to enhance <strong>the</strong> promotion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> competition, <strong>the</strong> host association <strong>of</strong> each<br />
match in <strong>the</strong> qualifying competition must ensure that <strong>UEFA</strong> is granted access and<br />
accreditation for <strong>UEFA</strong> HB to access <strong>the</strong> match for filming purposes (use <strong>of</strong> match<br />
footage being subject to paragraph 28.09) free <strong>of</strong> charge.<br />
28.11 For <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> live data ga<strong>the</strong>ring and <strong>of</strong>ficial data validation, <strong>the</strong> host<br />
association <strong>of</strong> each match in <strong>the</strong> qualifying competition must also ensure that<br />
<strong>UEFA</strong> is granted free <strong>of</strong> charge access and accreditation for one <strong>UEFA</strong> venue data<br />
coordinator and two <strong>UEFA</strong> editorial personnel to <strong>the</strong> press box, toge<strong>the</strong>r with<br />
working space and facilities (including desk, seating and dedicated broadband<br />
internet access). The <strong>UEFA</strong> venue data coordinator must also be provided with<br />
accreditation and access to <strong>the</strong> referee before and after <strong>the</strong> match in order to<br />
enable <strong>UEFA</strong>’s live data ga<strong>the</strong>ring and <strong>of</strong>ficial data validation programme to<br />
operate.<br />
28.12 Participating associations may not use or authorise any third party to use any <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> registered or unregistered <strong>UEFA</strong> <strong>European</strong> <strong>Football</strong> <strong>Championship</strong> trademarks<br />
or any graphic material or artistic forms developed in connection with <strong>the</strong><br />
competition in programmes, promotions, publications or advertising or o<strong>the</strong>rwise<br />
without <strong>the</strong> prior written consent <strong>of</strong> <strong>UEFA</strong> and may not develop, use, register, adopt<br />
or create any mark, logo, or symbol which refers to <strong>the</strong> qualifying competition, <strong>the</strong><br />
competition or <strong>the</strong> final tournament or which is, in <strong>UEFA</strong>’s reasonable opinion,<br />
confusingly similar to, is a colourable imitation <strong>of</strong>, is a derivation <strong>of</strong>, or which<br />
unfairly competes with such trademarks, materials or forms.<br />
28.13 Each participating association must correctly identify <strong>the</strong> qualifying competition in<br />
its <strong>of</strong>ficial publications, promotional materials and on tickets, using <strong>the</strong> term <strong>UEFA</strong><br />
EURO 2012 Qualifiers or any o<strong>the</strong>r term as defined and communicated by <strong>UEFA</strong>.<br />
Final Tournament<br />
28.14 <strong>UEFA</strong> owns and has <strong>the</strong> sole right, to <strong>the</strong> exclusion <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> participating associations<br />
and any o<strong>the</strong>r party, to exploit all <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> commercial rights to <strong>the</strong> final tournament<br />
including, without limitation, those arising at, and relating to, <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial training<br />
ground <strong>of</strong> each participating association. <strong>UEFA</strong> may exercise its right to exploit<br />
<strong>the</strong>se commercial rights at its sole discretion and on a universal basis.<br />
<strong>UEFA</strong> is exclusively entitled to undertake <strong>the</strong> multilateral production <strong>of</strong> television<br />
and media coverage for <strong>the</strong> final tournament, including all matches and o<strong>the</strong>r<br />
<strong>of</strong>ficial events, in particular in order to promote <strong>the</strong> competition and <strong>the</strong><br />
participation <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> relevant associations. In order to fulfil this role, <strong>UEFA</strong> HB will<br />
film and produce a wide range <strong>of</strong> materials for <strong>UEFA</strong>’s own use and also for <strong>the</strong><br />
production <strong>of</strong> material for distribution on a worldwide basis to <strong>the</strong> <strong>of</strong>ficial broadcast<br />
partners and o<strong>the</strong>r <strong>UEFA</strong>-appointed media outlets for <strong>the</strong> overall benefit, coverage<br />
