XVIII Intellectual Property Rights<br />
Article 30<br />
30.01 <strong>UEFA</strong> is <strong>the</strong> exclusive owner <strong>of</strong> all intellectual property rights <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> competition,<br />
including any current or future rights in all audio and visual (with or without audio)<br />
material <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> final competition, <strong>UEFA</strong>’s names, logos, brands, music, medals,<br />
plaques and trophies. Any use <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> aforementioned rights requires <strong>the</strong> prior<br />
written approval <strong>of</strong> <strong>UEFA</strong>, and must comply with any conditions imposed by <strong>UEFA</strong>.<br />
30.02 All rights to <strong>the</strong> fixture list, as well as any data and statistics collected by <strong>UEFA</strong><br />
(including databases in which such data is stored) in relation to <strong>the</strong> matches <strong>of</strong> and<br />
players’ participation in <strong>the</strong> competition are <strong>the</strong> sole and exclusive property <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>UEFA</strong>. No tickets or accreditation may be used by anyone in order to gain access<br />
to a venue <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> final tournament for <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> collecting or ga<strong>the</strong>ring such<br />
data, and such activities are expressly prohibited. The foregoing prohibition does<br />
not apply to <strong>the</strong> participating associations, subject to any and all such data<br />
collected being used solely for <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> instructing <strong>the</strong>ir team, players and<br />
<strong>of</strong>ficials and expressly excluding any o<strong>the</strong>r exploitation or use whatsoever.<br />
XIX<br />
Court <strong>of</strong> Arbitration for Sport (CAS)<br />
Article 31<br />
31.01 In case <strong>of</strong> litigation resulting from or in relation to <strong>the</strong>se regulations, <strong>the</strong> provisions<br />
regarding <strong>the</strong> Court <strong>of</strong> Arbitration for Sport (CAS) laid down in <strong>the</strong> <strong>UEFA</strong> Statutes<br />
apply.<br />
XX<br />
Unforeseen Circumstances<br />
Article 32<br />
32.01 Any matters not provided for in <strong>the</strong>se regulations, such as cases <strong>of</strong> force majeure,<br />
will be decided by <strong>the</strong> Emergency Panel or, if not possible due to time constraints,<br />
by <strong>the</strong> President or, in his absence, by <strong>the</strong> General Secretary. Such decisions are<br />
final.<br />

Closing Provisions<br />
Article 33<br />
33.01 The <strong>UEFA</strong> administration is entrusted with <strong>the</strong> operational management <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
competition and is <strong>the</strong>refore entitled to take <strong>the</strong> decisions and adopt <strong>the</strong> detailed<br />
provisions necessary to implement <strong>the</strong> present regulations.<br />
33.02 All annexes form an integral part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se regulations.<br />
33.03 Any breach <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>se regulations may be penalised by <strong>UEFA</strong> in accordance with <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>UEFA</strong> Disciplinary <strong>Regulations</strong>.<br />
