u) Keep them up to date with new things that are happening – even if
there’s no response for maybe a couple of years. To be included
means they are much more likely to return when the support and help
is needed;
v) Leaflet drops to nursery, inviting them back;
w) Send letters, advertise around town or in local papers etc;
x) Letters and phone calls on a regular basis;
y) Put reunions and other groups on;
z) Post / email;
aa) Phone / write;
bb) Regular newsletters, catch up groups;
cc) Keep their info on databases, send group info to families and event
newsletters;
dd) Email / letters by post;
ee) Email, Facebook, twitter and text;
ff) Texts and telephone calls;
gg) They could contact by letter or phone;
hh) If I was ever to access family services again in the future I would
contact my family support worker as I have done in the past;
ii) Use text to contact family worker. Telephone and ask to speak to my
family worker;
jj) By text or email;
kk) I know I can contact Children’s Centre or Family Support Worker if I
needed to use them again but I will continue to attend groups etc;
ll) Keep families regularly updated, mailing list, I receive newsletters,
open days;
