PS 1000 X-Scan Radar Detection System 

The Hilti PS 1000 X-Scan is designed to produce large-area images of what’s inside 

concrete structures. The system consists of a hand-guided scanner with color 

display, a portable monitor unit for on-site use plus professional PC software for 

image evaluation and data management. Scans can be analyzed immediately on the 

state-of-the-art X-Scan display. With the aid of the PSA 100 monitor, objects can be 

shown as 3D images for even easier on-the-spot interpretation. This makes it simple 

to find and mark reliable drilling locations and helps to limit damage caused by 

hitting rebars, pipes or post tension cables. 

With the ability to provide clear 2D or 3D images of all kinds of objects concealed 

in concrete structures, the new Hilti PS 1000 X-Scan Radar Detection System takes 

non-destructive inspection of concrete to another level.

HIT-HY 10 PLUS Adhesive Anchor System. This new adhesive can be used in a 

variety of base materials including concrete, grouted CMU, hollow brick and CMU*. 

HIT-HY 10 PLUS is an economical solution when an ICC Evaluation Report is not 

required and the versatility makes it great for many jobsite conditions. It is a highvalue, 

everyday adhesive that is easy to dispense with the same dispensers as the 

rest of the Hilti adhesive portfolio (MD 2500 manual dispenser and ED 3500-A battery 

dispenser).

Quality without compromise

breaks down as a result of materials or 

manufacturing defects. Period. 

Continuing Coverage 

• Repair Warranty: A paid full repair comes with up to a 6 month warranty 3 

• Repair Cap: After the No-Cost Coverage period, repairs will not exceed 30% of the list 

price for that tool, even if it needs a complete overhaul. Should the cost of the repair be 

less than the 30% threshold, you are only charged the actual cost of the repair. 

Some limitations apply: 

1 No-Cost Coverage excludes damage due to abuse, or use not in accordance with the tool operator’s manual. 

2 Typical turnaround time. Actual time may vary. 

3 Repair warranty is valid only for a full repair. For those tools with an expired 2 year No-Cost period, the repair warranty 

duration is 6 months. For those tools with an expired 1 year No-Cost period, the repair warranty duration is 3 months. 

Tools without a No-Cost period have no repair warranty. 

• Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty and Lifetime Repair Cost Limit offered as long as replacement parts remain available.
