Egis Eau offers a full range of services, delivering advice to institutional clients. Egis Eau provides institutions with advice
and recommendations on policy, planning, organization, regulations, training, finance structures, structuring of concessions
and public-private partnerships.
Egis Eau is a specialist in studies of a general nature. Egis Eau undertakes pre-project studies (technical, economic, financial);
environmental, economic and social impact assessments; general plan and programme evaluation studies; and
development of master plans.
Egis Eau delivers all principal contractor services from structural design through performance of work to acceptance: feasibility
studies, assistance in awarding contracts, approval of working drawings, works supervision, assistance with acceptance
of completed structures. Egis Eau also assists clients with project design, steering and operation: assistance in
‘upstream’ phases, operational assistance in project phase and management and operating assistance in the
‘downstream’ phase. Egis Eau advises on and facilitates project coordination, allowing clients to meet all of their project
management obligations. Egis Eau offers general (administrative, financial and technical) assistance to clients, guaranteeing
optimization of the resources required to set up operations, to establish and manage the works contract, and for
works supervision through to payment for contracted services.
