Peter R. Easley, Esq., Leader Procurement Specialist, Corporate Procurement, World Bank<br />

Peter R. Easley, Esq. is a Lead Procurement Specialist in the Corporate Procurement<br />

Unit of the World Bank. He is a member of the Procurement Unit Management<br />

Team and manages the Consulting Services Team, which is responsible for<br />

sourcing consulting services globally with an annual volume of over $220 million.<br />

He has over 23 years of procurement and legal experience. Mr. Easley holds a<br />

B.S. from American University and a J.D. from Catholic University. He also holds a<br />

Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.<br />

John Ferriter, Senior External Relations Officer, Inter-America Development Bank<br />

John Ferriter, joined the IADB in 1991 and currently works in the Office of External<br />

Relations as coordinator of outreach activities for the Bank’s Vice Presidency<br />

for Private Sector Operations. He wrote the Bank’s new Access to Information<br />

Policy, which took effect on January 1, 2011, and helps coordinate its implementation<br />

throughout the Bank’s headquarters, 26 Country Offices in the Region, and<br />

offices in Paris and Tokyo. Prior to coming to the IDB, Mr. Ferriter worked as an<br />

Appropriations Committee and personal staff aide in the U.S. House of Representatives,<br />

specializing in trade, foreign policy and financial issues. He is a graduate of Harvard<br />

College, studied as a visiting fellow at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and received an M. A. in<br />

Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.<br />

David W. Fulton, Head, USA and Canada Relationship Management Unit, International Finance<br />

Corporation (IFC)<br />

David Fulton serves as Head of the USA and Canada unit at the International Finance<br />

Corporation (IFC), where he leads a program to broaden and deepen IFC<br />

relations with the U.S. and Canada.<br />

Prior to this position, Mr. Fulton served as a career U.S. diplomat with the rand<br />

of Minister Counselor. He has more than twenty years’ experience supporting<br />

trade and investment interests abroad, including assignments at the U.S. Embassies<br />

in Bangladesh, Australia, Italy, Singapore, Poland, and the Philippines. He<br />

also served in Washington as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for International<br />

Operations and Director of Strategic Planning for the Foreign Commercial Service and as Advisor<br />

to the U.S. Executive Director at the World Bank Group. Mr. Fulton has a law degree from the<br />

College of William and Mary, and a Master’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.<br />
